broadcast plays - find em, report em

Anytime your music gets licensed for broadcast use (on TV, film or radio), the PROs are supposed to collect money for you. When you register your songs, you’re covered, right? WRONG!

Having your songs registered with a PRO is just the first step and it DOES NOT ensure that you’ll get paid. You also need to proactively report the use to the PROs by searching for and locating evidence of the ad, and then filling out the special reporting forms. It’s a time consuming process but luckily, one that we specialize in.

Royalties splits - know who gets what

Sometimes you go it alone. Good on ya - YOU get to keep the whole check!

Other times, collaboration is key to making amazing work. So you bring in collaborators. Bandmates, Co-writers, Arrangers, Performers, Producers, Engineers, etc. And you all agree to split any royalties that are earned on the song. Cool. Then the check comes in and no one remembers the deal. Or worse yet, the check is big and everyone starts fighting about it. Guess what? We’ve got tools to make that easier. Call us, we’ll talk.
